My Story ♥

It's 1.15 in the morning, and I’m grabbing here and there in darkness trying to find my handphone. N blog, actually..but no connection (as usual) Ixora got short circuit and currently the electric current is down.

I was just going on bed, with the light as usual from the guys block (as I’m living directly opposite them) when suddenly everything blackout. No fast swirling fan and I’m left in hot sweat. What the…

Grappling in darkness is one business, getting shouted for almost half an hour (the count is stil on) is another matter. The moment the electricity went out, the minute the screaming started. And the most incredible thing about it is that IT’S THE GUYS CAT CALLING. Idiot.

What sorts of thing they shouted?

You name lt.

There’s FIFA song, concert, cheers, lung-burst kind of shout, whistle, guitar’s strung, getting “high” sound, anything, any word that come to their mouth and lastly, our school song. Imagine that?

Besides out-loud screaming, there is fireworks. Not the pretty-pretty kind, but the loud SUPER loud type, where they just throw (!!!) it down from dunno which floor. Oh god.. it’s one something in the morning and they got nothing better to do.

Btw, it’s NOT outright darkness everywhere. There’s still the emergency lights on every corridor at every floor. It’s pretty fun if you NOT consider the time. But hey, I got class at nine tomorrow. Save your own throat can?

This the second freaky happenings since yesterday. Both day in a row. Thught this not consider that freaky. It’s just no current. Big deal. (oh, luckily the lifts have its own generator)

*****

Yesterday, ya.. let’s talk about yesterday. I had a English group discussion at 11.30pm (it was supposedly at 8, mind you) and more than half of the members are absent. The discussion is at Ixora itself. Down at the guys block, where many tables and chairs are erected for those to study, discuss or patoh(?)

and while we are almost finishing our work, I went upstairs back my house to take my laptop cos Eric, one of the guys happened to be very versed in IT stuff and claimed can hack into blab la bla (secret!) to fasten up my connection. So I go up, come down.

Then ….

As he is handling the laptop, strange noise started. Then very very sudden strong wind blew, THEN gallons (seriously, GALLONS) of water started splashing down. Freaky?

We thought nothing bout it at first. And when thing continue and getting stronger and stronger by minutes, we get scared. It was just like a scene out of War of the World. Or Tornado.

Trees getting uprooted, pails flying around, boxes, stuff.. it’s not even safe to walk back my block, which is just a corridor away. The wind was blowing so so so strong like a gall itself. I might just get blown way (teehee)

And that continues my story why I ended up in a guy’s room, in an all-guys house, at a whole GUYS’ block. HAhaha…

Whuahh..and the things you will saw.. oh my.. =P

So then we all (there’s only a girl in the whole group and that me) went up to Jo’s room. The guys had no problem. But me, THE girl face some tinyweeny prob. There’s cctv all over the place. On front of the stairs, inside the lifts, along the corridors..practically anywhere la. So..hehe.. they bodyguard cover me, one in front, two besides and one at the back. HAhahaha..

And Jo’s housemates do seems really happy to see a girl in their house. One even teaches me how to runaway if ever a guard come spot check. Haha..

Well, I spot another in his boxer (ewwww..)

Basically, they are all quite friendly (includes my group members itself la) Jo helped me to change my pc themes. Now using Vista Inspirat. Not bad. Something like mac theme. But still under Windows operating system.

I got home at one something (tired......................)

The next day (meaning today) mr.v told me his teacher mention something about an asteroid the length of around 1km almost hit the earth. “Nearly Missed”, as quoted by him from the newspaper. Seriously? I’m so out of date here so you guys tell me. Is the freaky storm by any chance related to the asteroid passing by? It does seem so to me.

Freaky..

Well, even if it’s seriously end of the world.. e… I dun mind. HAhaha..

No MMU, no ME, no U.

Everyone dies. No worry. =)
